Okay so the past 48 hours have been so weird! Not only have they been just sweetly jam-packed but I've felt really sick like so I've sort of felt a bit loopy.
Yesterday was me & Lauren's merch day at Anthro where we just do displays and merchandising. Wednesdays are usually my absolute favorite because of this but since I felt like my lungs had been run over by a MACK truck, it was so much more exhausting than normal. I still absolutely love my job though & I can't imagine being anywhere else. I love the people, interacting with them, and seeing all the beautiful things!
Then, at lunch, Nick & I got to go to Cheescake Factory with my mom, Nana, & my great-great Aunt Enid. THIS was a trip. It was so good to see my mom, but seriously I did feel bad for her. My aunt Enid can't hear so we kept telling her things several times, and my Nana (bless her soul) interrupts about every other sentence. All in all, these women are sweet sweet sweet but it took a lot of reassuring that night to convince my Mom that she wasn't elderly yet and that Katie & I would still love her a ton when she was crazy like that.
After work, my Mom, Nana, and aunt Barb went to the Southern Christmas Women's show which was a winter festival in itself. It would have been Nick's personal hell, with glitzy christmas decorations everywhere and sales people peddling everything from salsa to Christmas sweaters complete with light up bulbs. Afterward we rode around in Mama's new Seabring, she deserves it, and I showed them our townhouse that's being built.
Right now I'm kicking it at school and I swear - if I make it through tomorrow, I'll be one happy girl. After work tonight I'm off till Monday but I have so much to do tomorrow, including write a paper:(. 5 more days of school which translates to about: 20 more classes, 1 more speech, 5 more papers, 2 more tests, 1 more art project, 1 more critique, and about 10 more posts on my psycho online class. I CAN DO IT.
And after I do - I want to have fun like I did in this picture.

ok cute girl, you got me. I couldn't stand the thought of you and kt having all these crazy bloggin conversations without our 3-way! so i'm in, but a little slower on the keys than you are. Keep saying those things to me about "you won't become your mother" because one day your daughter will need to say it to you. I love you and miss you already...momma
I love the picture!!! They are great! I will be praying you make it through the end of the semester...you are almost finished...yay!
