Sometimes when you're in the middle of a difficult season, it's encouraging to remember seasons that did eventually pass. I was thinking about this last night at Mosaic because looking around - my heart bursts with love for my fellow Mosaicians. I want to know a lot about them and there's so many people each week I want to sit down and have coffee with. However poignant that feeling is - I can remember a time when I felt intimidated and frightened by being around so many people. I thought I'd never feel at home here and I thought I'd never make good friends in Charlotte like I did in Columbia. That's all for now. Love you friends - old & new.
